@madibrice, This is a reference to how women receiving an abortion can choose to donate aborted fetal tissue to medical research rather than having it disposed of. Planned Parenthood charges the research companies for the costs associated with handling and transporting the tissue. This has then been construed into "selling". So it's not really what it sounds like. The internet just likes to phrase things in the most shocking way possible. :)
