not satisfied with checking of my cervix
Hi im in hospital im 31 weeks and bleeding and contracting frequently but not to painful. I asked to be checked for cervix dilation. The doctor used a spectrum???? I didnt think this was the correct was as thought you needed fingers to feel the cervix. Im sure im dilating....please help. Xxxxxx

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾 ♀
I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
Was told yesterday im 5cm dilated but cervix is closed , should i be prepared?? Im only 26 weeks 😥😥
When do the Doctors start checking the cervix?? If you're dilated etc..

spectrum aided visual cervix inspection.. using fingers can act as a trigger to dialation if theyre trying to avoid it.
