Has any of you experienced high BP in late second trimester? My BP has steadily been a little high since last month but is rising. this morning it was at 150/98.
should I mention this to my doctor?
High BP My BP was high-ish at my checkup today. 138/87. It's been on the higher side the last two appointments. :-/ He wants me to come back in on friday for another BP check.
Getting induced! High BP
My BP is really high but they said they arent even going to talk about delivery... This hospital is fucking stupid.
my feet & ankles are so swollen it hurts to walk.. tested my bp & it was high smh..
Okay so question. I got a steroid shot at 1PM on Friday waiting for 1PM today Saturday to get my 2nd one.. They told me since my BP is high they will induce me by the end of the night today Saturday.. But there is a chance I might just be on bed rest if my BP goes down but my BP has been up high then just high then lowers but still consider high BP. Has anyone experience this and ended up not getting induce ? Orrr since my BP has just been high I'll just get induce for the safety of the baby? And if you did get induce how long until the baby was born.. They are telling me it could take days.. Like what!! And on top of that I would be having her vaginal when since the beginning I been wanting csection (crazy I know) but I was more comfortable with that. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, definitely mention it! I had high BP during the last month of my first pregnancy and I had to be on bed rest. To have it in your second trimester may imply preeclampsia, so I'd get it checked and get a liver screening soon!

yes please do I had high BP of 150/90 I had to have my son at 33 weeks it was preclampsia

I went in l&D because my son wasn't moving all day I was 33 weeks they checked my blood pressure about three times and it wasn't going down they checked my cervix and I was open to a 3! I ended up having my son that day . so please go get it checked asap! I had headaches blurry vision and I'll see spots

labor and delivery its where they send u after your 20 weeks rather then going to the e.r

u need to go in and tell them your getting high blood pressure it can be dangerous for you they told me if I didn't come in and mine got any higher I could of had. a seizure so please go in

@tonifeise1, go into the hospital and get monitored. That's a high blood pressure 161/101 its better to be safe love.
