after my ranty rant and a threat of getting signed off sick......
i thought why not just move my mat start date and move anual leave earkier?..wrote an honest letter explaining my reasons why, tomorrow will be interesting when manager gets my letter ; )
That's what I did. Told hr on the Friday. worked the next week at reduced hours and left last sat. best thing I've done....bit of me time. To catch up on sleep and do things when I want or can. It's lush not to have to think about work. Good luck and I'm sure they'll honour it. They need to if uv asked xx
Of course she can't!! That would be illegal! Every work place should know. If they don't treat a pregnant employee fairly they can get sued for it! x
dont think she can really deny it either so hopefully thats me done and i can focus on me and this baby and my family who ive been vile to x
