Does anyone know what this could be? My son has what looks like really bad dry skin on his right ear only. It has a yellow tinge to it and comes off in big flakes. No matter how much lotion I put on it it stays really dry looking. Any thoughts?

Have you tried baby aquaphor? Reese had a bad patch of dry skin and I cleared it up with that!
