It's not bad i had the fruit punch flavor and kinda liked it and got a sugar rush and kept walking around for the hour and knocked out towards. I didn't have to fast though

Its not that bad. just very sweet

I don't think it's bad at all. The drink tastes like flat soda, I got orange with both of my kids and its ice cold which helps it go down better. I got a sugar rush both times and a small headache but it goes away quick and before you know it your hour is done.

@floridamommy1024, I had to fast for mine too! bring some food with you to eat after. I brought a banana lol. Felt so much better after I ate it. You'll be okay, just try keeping it in the whole hour!

I asked if I could and they told me literally nothing at all. Like not even a slice of toast. But I'm going super early so I'll live I guess. @abby_x94

make sure you eat something not sweet but eat breakfast if u have your appointment in the am

It's making me nervous because I have to fast for it, and I alwready have a weak stomach. On top of it they have to draw extra blood for tests they forgot to do last time so I'll be even more light headed! @abby_x94 @babyboyj @ngujen

make sure you have a bottle water ones you drink it.

I didn't think it was bad at all. The 3 hr was tough bc of not being able to drink water
