That moment when you know your having postpartum depression, but you can't even describe how your feeling. And all you can do is drive around and waste gas cause you can't bring a newborn out where there is tons of people...please tell me this passes. I feel so alone even when I'm around family.
My pediatrician knows and midwife. I'm going to my pcp to talk medicine Monday. I can walk around but I'd rather drive. I'm a very free spirit and being trapped in one place makes my skin crawl
Make sure you let your doctor know. There is no reason to suffer in silence. PPD is very common and you shouldn't feel like you're a bad mother because you're feeling down!
Its the baby blues!! But it does pass but it feels like it takes foreverrrr, each day gets easier but getting out of the house was my best medicine! It does suck so so so much but please talk it out and you really do feel better!!!!
Hugs and much love to you. Let your family and doctor know asap so you can get their support. Also can you walk around your neighborhood with the baby in a carrier or stroller? Maybe some fresh air and little exercise might help rather than driving around wasting gas 😘
it doesn't pass .. unfortunately.. but like @no3lastone4me says u need to let ur doc know . I had it not easy n the best thing to do is talk to someone anyone .. ur family too just in case u need their help ..
@hippiebaby89, Your not alone!! Don't let your hormones get the best of you :( You should let your dr know that you are feeling these feelings. I know it isn't something to be proud of, trust I have went through these same feelings with both of my babies except this last time I had thoughts of hurting myself :( Just make sure you talk to your dr about it and find someone (anyone) to vent too!!! You are loved so very much and don't you forget it.
