If y'all split are y'all going to have a judge make a custody arrangement? cause if so if u can have the judge make that apart of the agreement Pai isn't allowed to be around his mom but if not there really is no way to keep him.from taking Pai over to his moms house its gonna be a hard decision but u have to do what is best for u and Pai

@wyatts_mommy_0106, I'm not really sure what we would do since I don't have the $ for a lawyer do you know if a notarized document would be legally binding?...I wouldn't want to keep her from him but I wouldn't want him having her around people I don't know or don't trust

I believe a notarized doucment is a legal finding agreement cause when my mom dual drived a truck with my dad she had a notarized agreement saying if we were hurt the babysitter was our legal guardian for the time and it was accepted at the drs and stuff so I think so. I'd deff try that so y'all can try and have this agreement without the courts involved
