He told a mutual friend of ours that i was lying and I never went to the er! Then denied it when I called him out on it

As bad as it sounds i don't really want him around. He has done nothing for my son the entire pregnancy and has treated me like shit. But since I have a big heart I try to be civil and keep him informed but here is yet another example that he just doesn't care. Just makes me mad cause he's the type that will try and come around and be mr dad when the baby gets here. I've been doing this on my own the entire time and he hasn't helped one bit! I don't think he deserves to be in my son's life. And legally he has no right to my son until he takes me to court and is awarded some sort of visitation.

don't worry about it sweetie ... Just focus on you and your baby sooner or later when he see you haven't texted or called him about the baby he'll come around hopefully
