Good morning mummies/mummy to be. I have been have serious back pain since last night. Struggling to even walk. it's annoying. .. anyone else have experienced this??

i booked a physio appointment at the hospital and she gave me the belt and some exercises. u may be able to buy them online but not sure ☺ x
