Hello mummies/mommies to be! After a long but painless labour, my boo decided to make his appearance last Saturday morning 💕👪 . Had a c section, Israel weighted 4.5kg. God luck to y'all 😘

essex-angel yes, ive had it throughout but its definitely worse.. I have a maternity belt to wear which

essex-angel i booked a physio appointment at the hospital and she gave me the belt and some exercises.
