4 weeks. I had a c-section tho so I didn't have any tears or anything down there besides just being careful of my incision.

We waited 7-8 weeks, also really cause I bled for that long. One of my friends told me she waited 3 weeks, and she ended up in the emergency room. I would say wait 6 weeks, the Dr's give you that time for a reason, they know best.
