Completely closed, I waited until I think the 4/5 week mark.
@g_lynn yes I remember going through that.. rest will most def help.. and abHeating pad
@shanadaniels77 yeah Im with you because mine released me to go swimming and everything
@shanadaniels77 I'm still in pain 😣 and on a lot of meds. Can't wait to get better, baths are so relaxing
@athomas ikr. And yeah me neither I would assume because it's a risk for infection being your sitting in water with an open would but with it healed and closed I really don't see any issue
@shanadaniels77 awe we got to be mothers the best part of the year. I really don't see why your dr said no

@shanadaniels77 if you feel comfortable doing I say go for it. I still take mine.
@g_lynn yeah idk. I'm a little further.. when I first came home I took warm showers it helped with the pain it was too much to handle
@g_lynn I wouldn't take a bath if your incision is open. Mine was completely closed and no bleeding

@shanadaniels77 hmm. How was your incision and cervix? I was just like I can't go swim then im gonna swim in my bath hahaha. Jk. I took a bath everyday of pregnancy
@m_phillips_s yeah mine is too.. but I have been reading alot of women have actually taken baths sooner.. even when they weren't completely healed
My scar is healed on the outside, and I've been exercising.. I think I'm gonna go ahead and start taking baths again

I still havent. Though the incision is completely healed i havent brought myself to do so.
They didn't say. I asked. And was just told not to take a bath at that time..
I'm 3 weeks pp today and I'm bleeding and my incision was slightly open, so ughhh idk I want a bath

I'm super bummed I think now is a good time I'm like 7-8 weeks pp. Baby was born day before mothers day
@athomas yeah. And even when I went to my pp visit Dr. Said no..
I did at 3 weeks because I love my baths. They say to wait until your pp visit but I couldn't
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
