Today was a rough day for my little piglet.
He usually loves baths. I got him in his bath this morning and he screamed and cried for a good 10 minutes. I put him down (he was asleep) so I could make some food. As soon as I started scrambling some eggs I hear him screaming and crying. I picked him up and he was perfectly fine.
So I think my son is going through an attachment phase. He won't sleep anywhere if I put him down, he will sleep on my chest or in my arms though. He cries like someone's pinched him if I put him down for a minute. I don't mind having a clingy baby, but it does make it difficult to do much of anything other than sitting on the couch. It's too hot to wrap him...

going tru the same thing here. baby is 7 weeks old and she still like that. she just wants to be in mommy's arms. I love having as close to me but sometimes I do need a break. I have three boys that need my attention too. =/ it's really hard, especially cuz my Husband works all day =/ sometimes I Dnt even get to eat.

Yikes @proud_mami87!! I only have my son, so it makes it a bit easier for me, but still it's a struggle. It wasn't until 4ish this evening that I finally showered. And even then he started screaming again as soon as I put conditioner in my hair. I've been checking his mouth to see if he's teething yet, nothing pushing through though.

@jaspersmama, when was your DD? He is probably going through a leap 😢 My monster still has 14 days left of Leap 4 and it's been ROUGH 😕

here is the chart. It is called The Wonder Weeks. If you want you can Google it to read the information about each leap. I bought the app for 1.99 when my LO was born (but you really don't have to) Just looking at the chart then googling the info works just as well 😊 It's very informative, knowing what your babies brain is going through and what to developmental things to look forward to.

The grey areas are leaps and last in average the length of the grey scale, the storm cloud over the grey area shows the "peak" of the storm, so usually the worst part 😆 and the sunny cloud usually means you will have a time period between leaps for your baby to master the skills they aquired in the last leap
