If you don't feel safe washing them use shoe shiner and or any kind of sanitizing towel and wash the outside of them then spray the inside with the same thing or use the same type of towel.

I'm sure you can wash them on delicate wash and in cold water , I definitely wouldn't put them in the dryer tho
