Grrrrr I'm so angry I have to vent to you ladies... I get to work for the night shift to be 'greeted' by many very confused and aggressive patients. The female end of the ward is ok but no, the nurse I'm working with is scared of the men so she gives them to the heavily pregnant nurse instead.... I'd NEVER do that to a colleague.
I've been in this job for 19yrs and I'm so hacked off....
Granted, I'm a tough bird and I don't take any cr*p from anyone but seriously??? Roll on maternity leave 😬😬😬

im exactly the same hiwever i wont get involved.. if my manager wants to confront me avout it let her, its a risk to me and my unborn baby and she should be ensuring our safety - same as your employer should!
i vented about this a few days ago too.. its just like on get on with it!
if shes scared of mrn, shouldn't she be on a women's ward or in a different job 😕 so unfair to dump it all on u.. bet the patients were fuming! x
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
had a schizophrenic have an episode on last shift and i couldnt intervene nor did i want to - actually worked well for that oatient as she settled better having space but i wont go near..no bladdy way!
