Well, looks like I had to go buy nursing pads and some sports bras. Also, bought Kayden a super cute onesie. Now, question is, since I started lactating...do I need to start pumping? I don't want to get engorged.

You definitely don't want to pump. Especially because you're still so early I your pregnancy. It can cause preterm labor. Breast pads do the trick 👍

@reaganmommy2015, the thing is, it's kinda white like milk, so I didn't know what I should do. I bought pads today, but it hurts really bad
You may be leaking but your milk won't come in until you have the baby I would just by breast pads so you don't leak throw your short
you won't get engorged. and you shouldn't pump while pregnant, it can cause contractions
