When I struggle with my happiness, I try to reflect and see what is one thing that I can do about my situation to make me feel better. Even if it's a small action, it helps me to feel some control and a reminder that I can get trough this. I have struggled with depression off and on over the years. Ask for help, don't close yourself off. You are strong and can get through your struggles.
