Does anyone have or had kids with tongue and lip ties? I have a question maybe you guys can help :) I think my daughter…

my son is tounge tied

so am I lol her father was tongue tied so I was worried about her latching cause she leaks but shes all good. she's 2 months now and only leaks when she doesn't want the milk

Best thing to do is to have her checked by a lactation consultant. Lip tie is harder to diagnose then tongue tie and is frequently missed by doctors that aren't familiar with diagnosing them n

thanks I just too her to a Dr's appt this morning I was concerned she had reflux and then I was reading that babies with lip and tongue ties tend to have reflux too but it wasn't till after her appt that I checked her mouth :/ @californiahaley

Most babies have a slight reflux till they're 4-6 months b

If you're truly concerned find a lactation consultant and make an appointment to have her checked and your latch b
