my poor feet are so swollen and even if I have them up they still are swollen

Mine too 😳 they were terrible yesterday 😩

@khigdon, @katiesolger please sure to let your dr know. sometimes ppl chalk it up as pregnancy symptoms like I did and found out at 25wks it was pre eclampsia

@kingryansmom, I already have and my dr said my blood pressure and everything else was healthy and normal. I also have low sodium diet. Nothing helps.

I just hold a lot of extra water

@katiesolger mine was the same way every appt and every time i checked my bp it was normal but at 25wks out of no were it shot up and I was in the hospital for 30 days
