why is my feet swollen???

really is that y it's swollen tho? cuz I can barely walk

Could be high bp, high cholesterol, too much salt intake, or just cause you're pregnant

I was told not to drink more water. @nataliekm And @carmelmom see what you can find that works for you. I wrap my feet in a cold washcloth. And my hands are the same way. :(

Heat has a lot to do with it. Stay hydrated.

Oh good, stay cool! Elevate your feet and put something cool on them! Hot days are the worst..I get so swollen.

Drink lots of water it actually helps reduce the swelling, try not to be on your feet for long periods of time and don't cross them, keep the elevated as much as possible :) sometime soaking them in a saltwater bath helps too... Hope this helps good luck ;)

Swelling is completely normal during pregnancy. Drinking more water will help keep the swelling down. You swell because you're getting ready for delivery and you're retaining water or at least that's what my DR tells me and my app. Drinking water will definitely help and putting your feet up on pillows above your heart will help too. But it pretty much gets worse the bigger we get /:
