Be careful with used car seats because you don't know the history of it- once a car seat has been in a car accident you have to throw it away plus you don't know if the previous owner washed the straps in washing machine (once that happens the straps are no good and have to be replaced)...always check expiration dates...Walmart has a stationary car seat that goes from 8lbs to I think 65lbs for like $40-$50 it's Costco brand
