I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they just sent me a link to a place that works with insurance companies. I picked out the one I wanted and they took care of the rest. @klachappelle

How did you apply for yours? And what insurance do you have if you don't mind telling. I want to get a Medela this time around, I had an Ameda last time and it was awful.
