drink a lot of water. you may be dehydrated which may be causing you to contact.

that's what I'm thinking too, but I drink water all day 😢 IMA drink more and go from there ☺ thanks @macieka

they finally stopped , they where on for every 15 to 10 mins for an hour and just stopped thank god! @gvarra92

awe good, I'm happy to hear that! when that happens to me for about an hour it's one of the longest hours of my life worrying I'd he's going to come early and a tiny piece of me wishes I was further along and he would be coming. our bodies love to trick us :/ lol
