my daughter is having her 2nd birthday party on SAUTDAY. which should she wear ? I was thinking the shorts and shirt because she will be running around and jumping , but the dress is as she would say "pretty" . what do you guys think ?

Or you can do both let her wear the dress in the beginning of her party then when things start getting active change her into the shorts and shirt 😊
