Moms who have already delivered. What is painful to deliver the placenta?

was it painfull to deliver the placenta? no mine know inda just fell out I think lol idk I had my baby on my cheat so didn't care

The placenta is not painful to deliver in my experience, just comes out easily after the baby is born

no I never felt mine ..... the only thing that is painful after is when the nurses push down on your uterus I screamed cuz it hurt so bad

Thanks ladies @nathaneals_mommy @boymama I figured you'd probably be distracted by your little one but the few articles I've read made it seems like it's really painful!

I never even know it was out until my best friend told me lol I was so busy staring at my daughter .. That was 5 years ago lol

Not painful if it comes naturally... Can't imagine it being more painful than childbirth haha but who knows, everyone's experiences are different

@babygirl10-11 omg yes they do that to get the blood clots out yesss that was so painful

@phasion, they did it to me for two days it was worst then labor I was like can I get a epidural before yal do that again lol

@babygirl10-11 same here lol but better safe than sorry but still omg that ish hurt like hell and from when they pressed so hard my belly button and stomach was in discomfort for like a week it was sore to the touch

This is going to sound super weird.... But after the drug out process of my sons birth ( almost 48 hours from being induced til his birth) it was such a relief when the placenta came out. My mom still teases me because I told my doc that was the best feeling in the world.

my mom liked when they pushed on her uterus she said it felt good @jortiz1290 it doesn't hurt everyone but it did for me
