On your profile you have that picture of the birth so think about that picture and then think about squatting when you squat it allows the hips to open more and the head is able to put pressure and u go down to help dilate more. I hope that helps! ☺️
If your baby is head down and you are dilated at all it will help push the baby down and begin helping with more dilation. If you aren't dilated try having lots of sex and doing squats. The semen will help to soften your cervix. I think the combination will really help get you somewhere if you are persistent enough ☺️
They say they do. And in my experience they do cause cramping. I washed my car by hand 4wks ago and from squatting so much and bending over I began cramping really really bad I had to lay down and drink lots of water to stop them
