When will my baby start sitting up ?? He'll be 5 months on Friday .

Yes me too ! I just put a pic of him sitting up . I didn't realize he's been doing it. I thought he would sit with his back straight but I forgot he has to learn lol I'm so silly for that . @mommy2asuperman

yes he sits like that and holds his toes I always hold him sitting straight up cause I think his back will hurt

Pai sits in chairs and in her boppy around her without any help from me but if she's just sitting on the floor or on my bed she's gotta have something soft around her bc she topples after a minute or two my guess is she'll have it mastered by 6 months just gotta give lots of practice @taytayrose she'll sit like Taylor does in the second pic then will freak TF out after a few mins cause she's not sitting up completely

you can sit him up and his hands our just let him hold your fingers, that's how Sophia learned, I feel it's better because they don't have something behind them supporting them they do it with very little help he will get the hang really soon

Pai will be 5 months this week and she sits up assisted very well and is starting to sit up unassisted but is very wobbly so I surround her with pillows (not like holding her up just close to her) incase she topples my niece didn't sit up unassisted until like 9 months bc my sister hardly worked with her so every baby is different

Use a boppy or some pillows it will help them start getting balance and control my son is 6 months and is almost got the hang of it he went through a stage of throwing himself back so I'm iffy about removing the pillow
