Kaine is getting to heavy for his swing now so I've started him in his jumperoo & he plays with his toys he rolls around on the floor I try not to mess with him to much until I'm done doing what I need to do if he has his days where he wants to be on me all day & I have stuff to do I use his bumbo & just let him sit close & watch me or I sit him in his highchair but I've always had him in his swing his bouncer or something just so he doesn't always want to be held

If he loves his swing I'd deff start putting him.in to do some cleaning until he gets fussy I always put on educational cartoons so he is learning at the same time

She loves mama play time which is probably 3ish hours total but she also loves her independent time cause she can roll around everywhere or jump like crazy in her jumperoo babies have short attention spans so like we do 30mins of mama time (nap or eat if she's ready) 30 mins of independent play (nap or eat) we read, sing/dance, play games like pattycake, and do silly stuff to try and get giggles

he is 6 months but I've been doing that since he was 4 months cause if I didn't I wouldn't get anything done lol

We never use the swing anymore since Pai was too long for it at 3 months but we rotate between playtime with mama, the jumperoo, the playmat, her activity seat, eating, and napping she probably has about 3 hours of independent play total per day and she's usually up from 6-7ish till 9-10 ish

see I guess I've been spoiling my baby he usually just stays in it long enough so I can eat lol. other than that I carry him or play with him all day. not wanting him to get lonely. But I never have time to clean Bc he naps on me. @kainesmadre kainesml

I leave Sadie in her swing a lot. she's 6 weeks old and loves it. I feel bad sometimes but I put her in there after she's fed and changed and we've played for a bit but I can only play so much with a 6 week old. she loves the mirror and music on it

as long as Kaine isn't crying like he's crazy, or hungry he can stay in his swing all day just swinging away playing with toys or watching TV usually he falls asleep in it when he ready to nap

how old is he? Eddison is almost4 months and only stays awake 1.5/2 hrs before his nap. But thank you. that makes me feel better. I'm gonna get some cleaning Done! @wyatts_mommy_0106

In the morning I leave my son in his bouncer/swing for like 1&1/2 hrs to get bottles washed and dishes done and my kitchen cleaned but he watches tv while he is in one of them so he is content for that amount of time
