It's best to avoid any type of medication till you past your first trimester. but, if you get oka from your doctor Tylenol is the only thing you can take. byt, best advice is SLEEP

I got a cold right around that same week. Took Tylenol (ok'd by my dr) and lots of rest. Feel better!
