Anyone hear from their doctor if protein powder is okay during pregnancy??

Thank u, I've been having optimum nutrition 100% whey protein powder (from costco) because I'm pretty sure it's safe but of course I want to be certain

I use protein shakes...I have throughout my pregnancy. Just make sure you use one that doesn't have a lot of added ingredients
