omg really ????? thats just plain dumb , i guess it depends the state because here in Pennsylvania i didnt for my babygirls birth certificate or for her social security, but everytime i have to renew my birth certificate i have to pay since i was born in puerto rico

@irisedith, wow I'm coming to Pennsylvania because I think paying any amount for a birth certificate is unreal when they require it. I guess at least I don't have to pay for the social security card either smh

@ce5ce lol girl long time ago my mom said when I was born they mailed them like they mailed the SS cards. But now we have to buy them and I'm 25 so you know that was years ago
