I can help...had my first baby at 19...that was almost 10 years ago. 13 weeks pregnant with my 2nd.

Thank you so much :) I haven't had a chance to get into a doctor yet I've been working like crazy but I am going to within the next 2 weeks. I didn't know I was pregnant till last week so this is all so crazy for me! I'm excited though :)

Best thing you can so is listen to your doctor. Rules change a lot even from pregnancy to pregnancy and what is okay for some women is not okay for others. Above all else, listen to your gut. Your baby is safe in there as long as you're smart about taking care of yourself :)
