So anxious to get up and use that dermoplast spray because I still get pain where I got stitched up…

ice pads!! after the spray put an ice pad on.... make sure to spray the ice pad with the spray. . u can wrap it with a wipey. .. u can rinse the wipey with some water.

@mssjudyk, I still have the ones from the hospital !! They felt soooo amazing! I should use it up! Dno why im just holding on to it 😩

Padsicles helped me! Big pads with witch hazel and aloe and some lavender essential oil on it and then frozen. Lifesaver :)

I wish my hospital would have given me some. .. I have to make my own lol.

@ligermama, those helped a lot while I was at the hosp. Do u know when this pain completely stops?

@mssjudyk, no way ?!?! The nurses at my HOSP made them for me and organized my bathroom every other hour of the day!

@adamsmaaa, mine toik about 8 or 10 weeks to stop being awful (they said mine was the worst 2nd degree tear could be without being a 3rd) but is still sore sometimes. I heard kegels can help but if you're in enough pain for dermaplast... You might want to see a doctor. That sounds like it's been too long!! (depending on the severity of your tear)

@ligermama, at my 6 week pp check, I told the doc I still feel pain and she said its nothing because she checked and everything is fine. I had 3 stitches which I guess is nothing compared to what I hear from other mommies. Maybe it's because I went all natural? I feel that stretching pain. They tried epidural twice but it wouldn't work. Something about me having a spinal block

I went natural too so idk if it's related... Sometimes doctors are so unhelpful!!
