My nipples hurt so much 😭😭😭 especially my right side is cracked like a mf and my left side is getting there.... It's getting so uncomfortable to breastfeed, is there anything I can do?

They sell nipple balm to help with the pain but eventually your nipples get tough and used to it

nipple guards if you can't handle it. my bestfriend swears by them

U need nipple cream! The lansinoh is the best one

ask the nurses for creams if you're still at the hospital and get top less. your nipples need to air dry to help prevent thrush

I posted a nipple balm on my page and it works wonder! I would try that when you are home. But it's normal for them to be like that mine aren't like that anymore but I know the balm helped too

hey they have this thing called nipple shields it allows you to breast feed with comfort when your nipples are cracking
