I'm Ecuadorian, and I love eating peanut butter on my mashed potatoes with white rice as bizarre as that sounds it's really good.. just melt pb in the microwave and spread all over and mix them... bomb.com!!

Hahaha too funny! My mom is Malaysian and they make this pb and coconut milk sticky rice cooked inside leaves kind of like tamales it's soooo good

My husband is half Ecuadorean and I'm never heard of that! I'll have to run it by his mom lol
