So I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I'm craving tuna, I've always craved since the beginning but I don't know if it's safe for my baby, I made tuna helper this morning for my hubby and it tempting but I don't want to eat any if it's harmful for my baby, do I need to cut all seafood out of my diet I heard it'll harm the baby.

I ate tuna frequently my entire pregnancy. I don't eat any other meat but fish. My little one is just fine.

If you are that concerned ask your OB... They will tell you the amount you can have, Types of tuna or seafood etc etc.

One small can of tuna per week is fine. Get regular tuna, not albacore tuna, it has less Mercury.
