I have it and have a love/hate relationship with it. It's nice that it can come apart with the Velcro so you can use certain pieces or the whole thing and it does help me on nights when I can't get comfortable. It also isn't as big as other types and doesn't take up too much of the bed. On the other hand the top part where you rest your head is a little flat (I have neck problems though so maybe I'm just ultra sensitive to that) and sometimes the Velcro comes apart in the middle of the night (I move a lot when I sleep) so you here a loud snapping sound and sometimes it scratches my belly.
