I just got mild like cramping that went from where my babies head is (vaginal area) all the way up both my right n left side. what should I do cut I don't know if I dilated anymore or what.

Just wait it out, time contractions if they start, when they become 5 minuets apart, are around 1 minute long and last for 1 hour then call your doctor, or if your water breaks obviously call.
