I really want to have a baby and my fiance and I are trying really hard any ideas on how to conceive faster?!

im currently using ovia to track my cycles but not temping we baby dance often enough that its not necassary. i take vitamins n changed my diet

Take your temp every morning with a BBT thermometer, track cervical mucus and sex every other day so the sperm can build up. I used fertility friend to track all of that for 17 cycles and finally got pregnant after i got a good hold on my body. The above mentioned lubricant the name of that is pre-seed, that can also help. The average couple only has a 20 percent chance of conceiveing every month so it can take a while. If you do all that for a couple months then talk to your doc about it and getting tests done

ovia is a good tool.. I'd start tracking your basal body temp. your cervical mucous and taking prenatals with DHA... also if your interested there is a product like I like to promote called Plexus and there are ALOT OF women who have concieve while taking this stuff and you can use it through the pregnancy and it helps with milk production after the baby is born

I use the Ovia app and it's really cool :) (and free!) There's a specific lubricant that can help too, but I can't remember the name. Make sure you're eating right, take prenatals, and quit any unhealthy habits (smoking, alcohol, etc.)

yea I used glow too to track my cycle and don't have too much sex his sperm count needs to be good to help with the process too

I had to take clomid

get the glow app. that's what helped us

have sex 2 weeks before your period is s up posed to start ;)
