I just offered a good friend of mine my Breast milk. 🙈 I make to much, an I don't work!!!! So I have a 2.5 week old an like 200+ oz of milk in the freezer. So question, how long is breast milk good for in a deep freeze. I've heard 6 m and I've heard a year.

Good morning Mommies 😁 I really want to breastfeed and so I would like to have some suggestions on how to get more breast milk to come out. I've heard of pills so far but I don't know how they're called. Anything else other than those pills? Comment below ⬇
I plan on breast feeding and absolutely have to get on birth control this time around... I want an IUD, but I've never heard a single good experience with them 😑 stressful.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??
Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???
6-12months in a deep freezer...when baby starts teething you can make breastmilk popcicles plus if you plan on making baby food you can add it in your purées or make baby smoothies with it once baby is more advanced with foods
