stick with it. he could also be comfort nursing. which will help establish your supply. but definitely switch sides.

@alicia3_21, yes i nursed 1 hour on one and 1 hour on the other. I am supplementing with Earths Best Sensitive formula because he cries and roots like he hasn't eaten in hours like 30 minutes after nursing. 😕😔

Just keep nursing. Then afterward offer the bottle, ALWAYS offer the breast first. He is going through a huge growth spurt, I had the exact same thing happen. I went to a LC and she told me to just keep doing what I was doing, latching, water, Gatorade, oatmeal, mothers milk tea, and latch some more. Keep up the good work mama! My monster is almost 19 weeks old and he still eats every 1 1/2 :-)

yes just keep latching honestly I was told do not give formula unless u absolutely have to bc then your not making enough. your body will produce more for him.

I only give him the formula if he starts crying and rooting directly after feeding.
