mommas whos babies had a fever after shots. how long did it take for their fever to go away?? my baby is going on day 4…

Oh poor little baby girl. It really sucks when they have their shots and they get all kinda symptoms. My son has had diarrhea on and off for 1week cuz of his first shots. And on monday he will get his rest shots. I have to cancel if he doesnt get better by then

Skin to skin! Your body will help your baby regulate temperature. If your worried take baby in again and be persistent your the mom and you know your kid. Fevers shouldn't last that long.

oh thats what i have been doing minus the pedialite but i will try it. the lady said its just because of her shots that its normal but 4 days seems like a long time to me too. 😳 this sucks. my poor baby 😪 @queenquee

@juliagail09 alternate between Tylenol and motrin every 4 to 6 hrs and give pedialyte

4days is quite a long time for a baby. my kids never went over 24hours. keep giving her Tylenol and put a cool towel on her neck or forehead. see if that help. and keep her hydrated (I give my kids pedialite) if it don't get better I would call and speak with someone else. cause that's to dam long. a fever isnt good for nobody😕

yeah thats what i thought too...but yesterday the lady we saw didnt seem concerned at all and i am. but nobody seems worried @queenquee

i took her in yesterday and the doctor i saw(not her regular doctor) didnt seem concerned and said it should go away. but its just getting worse and harder to keep down :/ @heather-sophia.

that's a pretty long fever. a baby fever should be gone within 24-48hours after shots.

if she's had a fever that long maybe call the pediatrician
