so that house we were supposed to move into today isn't happening. we might not be able to move in at all. apparently the government shut down this realty company so it was handed over to another company. they "don't know where our money or paperwork is" so we are playing the waiting game. I am not a happy mama.

The new property management company won't use the receipts you were given?
😁😁😁😁😁 reciepts mean nothing if they aren't on official letter head from a company that did actually exist anyone can buy a reciept book , but if it was a company take over even if they scammed you the new company should based on your reciepts let you have the place since it's the owners fault they employed a shady company. Hopefully it works out in your favor but in the future NEVER do cash transactions for something like that.
well it was all paid in cash. but we have receipts. @hayleymarie ,@ginag918
Hope u have a paper trail for the $ cashiers check, money order, bank check, credit card. That would suck if it was a scam but that's going on a lot smh

well we didn't sign the lease yet. we were supposed to do that yesterday. we hope so too. the new management company said they almost put that place on the market to be rented. we don't know what is going to happen yet. we are waiting for a call from this new company. we were thinking about sueing them but we shall see. @tavarusmommy21
