just curious where everyone is at with their weight gain. I'm 22 weeks this week and I've gained 21 pounds.... I feel like this is a lot. I'm not stressing because of how I look and I know baby is healthy. I'm just wondering if this is average or not.
I'm 27 weeks and I've gained 15 lbs with baby #2. with baby #1 I lost 10 and then gained 35 by the end
I've gained about 17 pounds and I'm 29 weeks. I did lose weight in my first trimester from being so sick. Everyone gains weight differently in their pregnancies.
I've gained about 55 lbs throughout I'm 40 weeks today, I was concerned about the weight gain but my Dr has kept telling me I'm looking great, I don't feel as if I gained that much but I guess the scale doesn't lie lol
I started off at 125lb before pregnancy and went up to 170lb!!! I was so swollen n it was a lot of weight gain but the doctor never was never concerned. a week after my c section n I'm only at 160lb now.
I'm almost 35 weeks and I have gained nothing my whole pregnancy ! Everyone's weight gain is different !
I had similar concerns and spoke with my midwife today. She says about 1lbs per week is within Normal. Seems like you are just under that and so am I! Try not to stress :-)
My sister in law is 24 weeks and she's gained 20 lbs and she was a very small athletic girl to begin with and has been eating healthy her whole pregnancy and running several times a week! She wears it well and I bet you do too!! 😀
It's possible that your pre-pregnancy BMI or more likely body fat % been a bit low so your body just storing whatever it will need to sustain healthy pregnancy, hormones, breast milk and so on. Therefore you've gained a bit more compared to normal BMI and average body fat lady. The end result will be the same. Don't worry😺
Gosh! I feel huge now ;) haha. I'm actually in the fitness industry so I eat very clean and exercise regularly. it's mostly in my butt and boobs and a bit belly. I'm just wondering where I compare.
Week 23, gained about 3 pounds. I'm eating well since day one, it's very individual. Your body will take as much as it needs, as long as you're trying to eat healthy and balanced.
1st baby for me
