@faithfulness88, It is a cooling headache/fever patch that I used to use for bad migraines. I cut it long ways then again to put under my eyes. I actually really liked the cool feeling while it lasted. My doctor said Sudafed was safe to take, so I did both of these tonight. @mimi2190 It worked for a little while until they weren't cold anymore.
