Yeah just try to empty your bladder completely when you go to bed then if you go to bed at like 9 then wale uo again to go to the bathroom at like 4am take it then. just the longest amount of time, but if your pregnant and say 2 or 3 days past when AF is supposed to show you may be able to test any time but if testing early definitely first morning
@aphrodite2014, the thing is lately i have been going to the bathroom more frequently at night
your going to get the highest concentration of HCG in your urine in the morning because it's the longest you go without peeing.

Yeah it doesn't really matter. I always took mine in the morning because my mom said it was best but I've heard so many other mamas say they took it later in the day and it didn't make a different
I've taken one anytime I bought one. Didn't matter what time it was. I couldn't wait till first thing in the morning when I needed to know asap lol
Oh okay that is the time I was going to take mine in my first pregnancy I got a BPF right away and I remember it was about 6pm that is why i rather want to do it later
my first positive was on a first response, like 2-3 days before my missed period. I took it at my friends house @ about 4:30 in the afternoon after getting off work.

No they just say it's better because the hormones will be higher in the first pee of the morning
