I'm 18 weeks and my friend is due in 3 weeks and I'm as big as she is could there be two in there plus I'm hearing two heartbeats one on each side????

One heartbeat is 140 and the other is 159 The dr never looked at the ultrasound pic with us just listen to heartbeat and that was about it.

If you already got the ultrasound the doctor would have most likely saw more than one baby, and more than one heart beat.
And you're probably hearing your heart beat and the babies.
Lol not everyone is the same size at the same week! Some are bigger and some are smaller. Doesn't mean you're carrying more than one!
