So I'm at a doctors appointment nearly in tears because I've almost gained 10 pounds in a month and the stupid nurse goes, "what have you been eating?" And honestly nothing bad! I pretty much live on Special K cereal, yogurt, fruits, veggies, and chicken! And I'm still doing my pre-pregnancy workouts in full, weight lifting etc! My husband even tells me I'm not eating enough! I'm just over the half way point and I've already gained 15 pounds!

I gained 10 lbs between 16&20; weeks and freaked out but I've barely gained anymore since then and I'm 20 weeks! I was freaking out but I guess my body decided to do a big adjust and then slow down. As long as your doing things right don't worry too much

I had gained 8 lbs in a month because I didn't eat for the first three due to the puking and morning sickness. I was upset about it but felt the same way-I eat healthy and exercise! The next month I only gained 3 and I ate about the same. Your body will gain differently throughout the whole pregnancy, don't worry 😊 It's healthy and normal to gain 25-30 lbs altogether!

I don't really eat the best but I no the feeling cuz I was in the same boat... Just keep doing what your doing your baby's growing an you can't help that of course your gunna gain some amount of weight an some ppl gain more then others as long as your doing what's best for your baby an you no that then don't let what someone says even if it's a nurse make you feel bad or bring you down..
