@skarletlady dont have tu ma at the moment but propping myself up helped ! thank you @jaspersmama61315 lol i had the biggest glass of ice cold chocolate milk !

you should get some tums I use the soft chewy ones the chalky ones are nasty it works for me especially at night and if you prop your self up a little it helps too
